  1. All medication
  2. Jewelry

  4. Stocks & Bonds
  5. Firearms
  6. Valuable china
  7. Computers, Laptops etc.

Will the movers arrive on time?

We understand you may have to take time off work to move so we accommodate your schedule. We allow for an arrival time (half an hour for early morning moves, and two hours for mid-afternoon) and communicate with you during the entire process – as soon as we know exactly what time we will arrive we will let you know. Once you have booked with us we will not let you down. Our window allows for traffic and other unforeseen issues.

Do you protect my furniture when you move it?

Yes, all furniture when it leaves your home and arrives in your home will be padded/padded and shrink wrapped, mattresses are protected with mattress bags (to insure that they do not get dirty or damaged) and all glass is bubble wrapped so that it makes it to your new location safely and scratch-free.

Will you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?

We are happy to disassemble and reassemble any pieces of furniture within our ability. In a few cases, custom furniture may need to be disassembled before we arrive.

What happens if my items are damaged during the move?

Depending on the option you choose, we are either liable for the full value of the item for $0.60 per pound of the damaged item. For more information, see value protection.
